Grove Hill youth are invited to Clarke County High School Auditorium to participate in a “Just Say No” rally to encourage and educate kids about the evils of drug abuse.  The Grove Hill Police Department is hosting “It Takes a Village” youth rally to help kids learn about substance abuse.  The rally begins at 10 a.m. on Saturday, July 18th, 2015 and will feature experts talking about what is being done to help young adults and adolescents with life changing decisions.

Former Alabama State Trooper Lt. Matthew Creighton will be the featured speaker delivering his “Don’t Get Sidetracked” program.  Along with speakers, there will be booths and information areas, games, activities, and hamburgers and hotdogs.

Event coordinator and Grove Hill Policeman Joe Allen says, “Make a difference in the life of each child.  Grove Hill needs our entire community to work together to help our youth.  Bring your youth to this rally on July 18th and show them you care.”

For more information, please contact Officer Joe Allen at 251.744.2130 or Helen McRand at 251.275.3153.
